Serious Collision in Newcastle involving a School Bus

This morning along Albert Wessels Drive in Newcastle, a serious collision occurred between a School Bus and car.

KwaZulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the scene where paramedics rendered immediate medical attention to two patient who had sustained serious injuries, and four patients who had sustained minor injuries.

Once the patients had been stabilized, they were transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

The cause of the collision is not known, authorities are on scene and investigating.
