Thursday, 3 April 2025 @14:45 — Cleanup operations on the southbound carriageway (towards Durban) have now been completed. As a result, the stop/go traffic controls have been cancelled and south- and northbound traffic is now being accommodated via contraflow in the #DurbanBound lanes while the cleanup operations continue on the #JoburgBound carriageway.
Road users are advised to continue to approach the area with caution. Please slow down and remain alert. Heavy congestion and traffic delays continue to be experienced along this section of the N3 Toll Route.
