Pedestrian Run Over: Oaklands - KZN

A pedestrian was injured after he was run over on Todd Street near Oaklands - KZN yesterday afternoon (Sunday). 

Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on scene at approximately 20:01. Reaction Officers established that the pedestrian was walking in the centre of the road when he was run over by a green Toyota Avanza. The man sustained a suspected fracture to his right leg. He was provided First Aid on scene before being expedited to hospital by a private Security Company. 

The driver of the Toyota Avanza was not injured.
