South Africa will celebrate the 2023 International Civil Aviation Day

South Africa will celebrate the 2023 International Civil Aviation Day (ICAD) on Thursday, 7th December. ICAD is celebrated every year in recognition of the role of the aviation industry in the global community.
This year, ICAD will be celebrated under the theme, "Advancing Innovation for Global Aviation Development."
The ICAD commemorative event in South Africa will continue until Saturday, 9th where the National Department of Transport will host a mega career exhibition that will expose school learners to opportunities in the civil aviation industry.
This will be followed by a spectacular airshow that will be open to the members of the public.
